Designed as part of the rebuilding effort following the Eaton Fire, this 4-bedroom, 2-bath, 2,120 sq. ft. home in Pasadena reflects the combined design vision of the client and Bevyhouse’s modular expertise.

Drawing inspiration from the mid-century architect who originally shaped the neighborhood, the home’s design was first envisioned by the client and thoughtfully developed with Bevyhouse’s in-house design team. Highlights include vaulted ceilings, a dramatic cantilevered overhang at the front entry, and abundant natural light through clerestory windows, creating bright and welcoming public spaces. Fire-resilient materials and finishes have been carefully selected to ensure long-term durability and safety.

Comprising 7 precision-built prefab modules, this project is nearing permitting and is scheduled to start construction in the fall. It’s one of several fire rebuild projects Bevyhouse has underway, underscoring our commitment to resilient, high-quality modular homes.
