Another custom ADU delivered and installed with precision by the Bevyhouse team! This 1,200 square foot ADU, complete with a rooftop deck, was built in our Southern California factory and installed at this stunning cliffside location with direct ocean views. Set in an exclusive neighborhood where space is tight and the community is sensitive to construction, this site called for a solution that offered a lower impact than traditional construction. Custom modular was the perfect fit. Instead of months of additional disruption, we installed the full structure in just under a day with minimal noise and traffic. Our design & construction teams worked in close collaboration with DesignARC to make sure this ADU was fully tailored to meet our client’s vision and lifestyle. In addition to serving as the general contractor on the project, we’ve acted as advocates for our client by coordinating with vendors and working with the local municipalities.
