Located in the Alphabet Streets of Pacific Palisades, this 2,265 sq. ft., two-story single-family home was designed as a fire rebuild that blends Japanese-inspired midcentury modern design with the efficiency of modular construction. The home is organized around light-filled living spaces, with vaulted gabled ceilings and carefully placed skylights that bring daylight deep into the interior.

Distinct architectural moments – including a round front window and a wrapping corner window at the entry – add design character. Fire-resistant detailing and materials, including a metal roof, stucco, Thermory siding and decking, and other details were integrated throughout to enhance resilience.
