Our mission is to forever change the way houses are designed, built, and purchased. We do this by bringing technology and mechanization to the housing industry while providing a simple and straight forward process for homeowners and developers to access design, permitting, construction and delivery. Our mission is to make high quality, inspiring custom homes and buildings available to everyone.
Our in-house Design Team works directly with homeowners, architects, or builders to either create an original design or convert an existing project into a modular friendly design. Because our projects are all custom tailored, you don’t have to worry about compromising with the “standard models” that are often found in modular construction. We can make virtually anything modular: one story, two story, partial remodels, additions, anything is possible!

Our centrally located factory houses a robust construction team with modern building technology ready to start on your custom project. From carpenters to site workers and finishers, our team manages both the in-factory and onsite construction needed to deliver a beautiful, custom projects. The Bevyhouse factory also acts as our home base where our designers, engineers, project managers, and contractors can work all under one roof as a team.
Services Include:
After factory construction is complete, your Bevyhouse Modules will ship directly out of our factory in Central California. Depending on your project size, you may have anywhere from 1 to 40 modules coming your way! We carefully selected our factory location to best serve all of our clients in California – it provides easy access to major freeways and a central geography to optimize shipping logistics so that you can receive your custom building faster.
Services Include:
Depending on the size of your project, installation can start right after delivery, often on the same day! For larger projects, we may stage your modules sequentially at the jobsite so they can be craned into place when ready. After your modules are installed, our team will secure them to the foundation and start making the necessary electrical and plumbing connections. Every project is different, but rest assured that our team will provide you with the exciting timeline of events that happen after installation so you’ll know when you can expect to move in to your new project.
