Our centrally located factory houses a robust construction team with modern building technology ready to start on your custom project. From carpenters to site workers and finishers, our team manages both the in-factory and onsite construction needed to deliver a beautiful custom home. The Bevyhouse factory also acts as our home base where our designers, engineers, project managers, and contractors work all under one roof as a team.
After factory construction is complete, your Bevyhouse modules ship directly from our factory in Central California to your Malibu site. We carefully selected our factory location to best serve clients throughout California, with easy freeway access and a central geography that keeps shipping times and logistics costs down. Depending on your project size, you may have anywhere from one to forty modules coming your way, and our team manages every detail of the journey to your Malibu property.
Depending on the size of your project, installation can start right after delivery, often on the same day. For larger projects, we may stage your modules sequentially at the jobsite so they can be craned into place when ready. After your modules are installed, our team will secure them to the foundation and start making the necessary electrical and plumbing connections. Every project is different, but rest assured that our team will provide you with a clear timeline so you know exactly when to expect to move in.
