Our centrally located factory houses a robust construction team with modern building technology ready to start on your custom project. From carpenters to site workers and finishers, our team manages both the in-factory and onsite construction needed to deliver a beautiful custom home. The Bevyhouse factory also acts as our home base where our designers, engineers, project managers, and contractors work all under one roof as a team.
After factory construction is complete, the modules are transported from our Central California facility to your project site in Joshua Tree.
Our team coordinates transportation planning, staging, delivery sequencing, route requirements, and road permits when necessary. Depending on the size and complexity of the home, a project may involve one module or several dozen modules delivered in a carefully planned sequence.
Once the modules arrive at the site, they are carefully craned into position and secured to the completed foundation. Depending on project size and site conditions, module setting may begin immediately after delivery or take place in a planned sequence.
Our team then coordinates structural connections, utility connections, exterior completion, interior finish work, and the remaining site construction required before the home is ready for occupancy.
