We recently delivered this 1,200 sqft custom modular ADU to a home in Ojai, CA, and as you can see by the video, it’s a tight space! Thankfully, the process here at Bevyhouse is turn-key, meaning we don’t hand over your finished building modules to a 3rd party delivery crew or site contractor who may not have dealt with modular construction before. Every home we deliver is handled by the same in-house delivery crew so that we can achieve flawless installations in incredibly tight or unique spaces.

Our factory is at the heart of Bevyhouse. Here, we can provide an efficient, controlled environment for constructing our clients` custom homes. The Bevyhouse factory also provides a home base where our designers, engineers, project managers, and contractors all work under one roof as a team. They can see the buildings come to life firsthand and don`t have to drive hours each day driving between job sites or possibly pause work altogether due to inclement weather or local permitting delays.
Our clients also enjoy the benefits of our factory through the incredible cost and time savings found in factory-based construction, all while still being delivered a truly custom home that is tailored to their needs.

We spoke too soon! Shortly after recording this video, our area received over five more inches of rain! It’s surreal to watch the Bevyhouse production floor pace while inclement weather rages outside. While many construction sites are shut down, our crews work in a safe, dry environment. The benefits of this controlled production space also show through the construction quality of our custom homes and buildings. Open framing and mid-stage construction steps aren’t subjected to days and weeks of rainfall, moisture, or temperature swings.
When we tell our customers that our custom homes and buildings are faster to build when compared to conventional construction, this is one of the many reasons why!
